2012 / 2013 Rental Terms & Conditions - Cancellation Policy

2012 / 2013 Season : 50% of payment is due upon confirmation of your
reservation. Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. All final
payments will be charged to card on file automatically. Cancellations made
30 days before arrival 100% refund Cancellation made 15 days prior to
arrival forfeit 50 % of deposit there are no refunds for late arrival,
early departure or emergencies of any kind. No Pets Allowed. Check in time
3:00 PM Check out 11:00 AM
In Case of Natural Disaster or an Act of God, out of our
control, we will make every attempt to find comparable accommodations for
you OR will give a full credit for up to one year on a future reservation.
